Technology -
Our unique Vibrational Molding (VIM) Process
eliminates the traditional obstacles of plastic molding. Large designs
can be produced quickly at a fraction of the cost of rotational or injection
molding.
Things
are progressing by bounds in the composites field where we successfully
molded mesh forms of various materials. UNIFUSE allows "laminate
molding" where we can mold layers.
Our Products - UNIFUSE manufactures many standard polyethylene products such as plastic
containers, bulk carts and tubs, mobile storage bins, plastic dollies and
dolly lids, floor trucks, step stands, elevated ergonomic trucks, floor
trucks, medical waste carts, returnable and reusable packaging. Our
custom products serve special handling applications in manufacturing,
transport, shipping and distribution.
We mold
with USDA and FDA grade approved polyethylene resins.
Our Clients - UNIFUSE catalog products are
distributed by dealers and distributors and can be purchased through a
number of material handling, industrial, grocery, and hospital equipment /
healthcare supply catalogs.
Original
Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) seek our custom fabrication services to
